About the 1DROP Health Reader
The 1DROP Health Reader is a miniaturized instrument that measures the optical signal from the 1DROP Chips. The optical signal corresponds to the concentration of biomarkers, which are known as Test Results. The 1DROP Health Reader is composed of electronic, optical, and mechanical components. It is portable, ergonomic and can be held in one hand. The 1DROP Health Reader can be battery operated for several hours.
The 1DROP Health Reader generates Health Data that is interoperable via an HL7 FHIR interface. Your privacy is preserved and all Health Data is encrypted using state of the art encryption protocols.
The 1DROP Health Reader calibrates itself automatically and is maintenance free. You can easily clean the surface. You can update the software when necessary.
